Application No WNS/2022/0071/MAO – Reconsideration of proposed residential development of up to 32 dwellings on land north of Blenheim Rise, King’s Sutton. (All matters reserved except access, including affordable housing, together with creation of new areas of open space, a new access off Hampton Drive, landscaping and all enabling and ancillary works.) The quantum of development has increased from 31 to 32 units. This is a result of the housing mix changing towards the provision of more, smaller homes (in response to Strategic Housing’s comments).
